• How should I care for my Cinzia bicycle?

  Cinzia provides a maintenance manual with every bike, including care and regular maintenance tips. An instruction manual for the display is also provided to ensure proper use of the electric assistance.

• How can I return a product?

  To return a product, notify Cinzia at info@cinziacicli.com within 14 days of receiving the product and send the withdrawal form available in the returns section of the website. For the return to be accepted, the product must include all external packaging, accessories, and instructions. Products that show signs of wear or scratches with alternative or missing packaging, accessories, or instructions will not be accepted.

• What does the warranty cover?

  If the original electrical components are defective within the warranty period, Cinzia will replace them. Frames and forks are guaranteed for 2 years. The battery warranty is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. 

  Important: The battery must be charged at least once a month for 5-6 hours during storage. Failure to do so voids the warranty. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by accidents, abuse, overloading, negligence, improper assembly or maintenance, or the addition of incompatible accessories.

• What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

  If the package and product arrive damaged, the recipient must sign the delivery receipt with a well detailed reservation. Cinzia will only replace damaged parts if the package is marked as accepted with the mentioned detailed reservation. Minor scratches or abrasions up to 20mm caused during transport will not be considered damage.

• What should I do if a component breaks?

  Currently, Cinzia bicycles can only be purchased via the website or by directly contacting the company for purchases outside Italy.

  No, Cinzia bicycles do not come with accessories. However, customers can request and purchase a basket holder through the website. The product will then be shipped with the selected accessory.

  Yes, Cinzia bicycles are designed to be water-resistant, thanks to aluminum and stainless-steel components. However, it is not recommended to leave the bike exposed to water for extended periods.

• What is the driving distance range of a Cinzia bike?

  The range of a Cinzia bike can reach up to 70 km, depending on user usage.

• How many Cinzia models are available?

  Cinzia offers a single product in two colors: Cream and Orange.

• How long does the battery take to charge?
